If you have not received your criminal record check in 24 hours or less, after ID verification, we will provide you with a refund. Refund requests must be submitted to email@example.com within 30 days of submitting your application.
We do not offer refunds for any other reasons. For example, refunds will not be issued if:
Your employer does not accept third-party criminal record checks.
You received an ‘Incomplete’ response because you made an error entering your personal information and/or your criminal record declaration.
You require a different type of criminal record check other than the one we provide.
For these reasons, we suggest checking with your employer to ensure that third-party criminal record checks are acceptable before purchasing. Kindly also make sure you enter your most accurate information and confirm the type of criminal record check you require before submitting your application.
